Local Remodeler Attends Industry Think-Tank

LONDONDERRY, NH (November 6, 2008) – Jan Jacome, owner and president of Crossroads Contracting recently returned from a week-long trip to Park City, Utah where she participated in a meeting of Remodelers Advantage Roundtables. Fifteen remodeling executives from across the nation met to participate in an industry think tank to spur each other on with ideas and helpful advice to bring their companies and the services and products they offer to the next level of excellence.

These business owners review their current systems and look for ways to create future profit scenarios that will add efficiency and predictability to their companies. This year, Kraig Kramers, CEO of eight companies in widely differing industries, sizes, and times, was the keynote speaker. Kramer brought practical “nuts and bolts” tolls to be used by every organization who wants to be exceptional.

“I am so pleased to have this continual in-depth experience to draw from”, says Jacome. “Since joining Remodelers Advantage Roundtables in November 2007 this group of professional remodelers has acted as an informal board of directors and has significantly improved the way I run my company. I have been able to identify areas that need improvement as well as reaffirming the areas in which we are particularly strong. The ultimate goal of these meetings is to elevate the level of expertise and service we offer our customers, providing them an exceptional experience.”

Remodelers Advantage Roundtables has been in existence since 1990 and is composed of 160 member companies from across the nation with annual sales of over One Million Dollars. Roundtables incorporate state of the art business resources to assist each member in achieving a higher level of success in their business.
